Director's BIO
Born and raised in San Diego California, William began his film-making career in 2010, and founded Halo Cinematic in 2014. He resides in Escondido California, and is currently developing 2 films, “Zero: Dawn of the Darklighters”, and “The Everlasting Dim”.
