What Stela's parents don't suspect is that her goldfish isn't her only pet. The others, however, appear only when the house is flooded.
Director's BIO
Born in Silistra, Bulgaria in 1989. Dimitar Velev is a bachelor in Animated Cinema at New Bulgarian University. His graduation film “Incident” is the winner of Best Bulgarian Student Animated Film award at World Festival of Animated Film Varna in 2014 and has participated in festivals in Australia, Spain, Greece, Poland, Serbia and Bulgaria.
His second film “Flood” finished production in 2017.Contacts
